A choice selection bred by Mr A.V Pike whilst he was the Head Gardener at Hever Castle in Kent. The plant is a result of crossing B.alternifolia and B.crispa. Fragrant mauve-lilac flowers in late summer, looking more like crispa than alternifolia. Any well drained soil in sun. Height 2m.
