Caramel coloured flowers make a nice addition to this genus and one for the plant collector. Flowers are produced in Spring along with new growth, chocolate coloured on emergence. Evergreen and deer resistant. Great for a moist but well drained neutral to acid soil in dappled shade. Height up to 60cm.
